Remuneration for members of the Board of Directors
Fees and other remuneration for members of the Board of Directors, including the Chairman of the Board of Directors, are resolved upon by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting held on 3 May 2022 resolved that remuneration of in total SEK 3,725,000 shall be paid to the Directors of the Board. SEK 700,000 shall be paid to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and that remuneration of SEK 350,000 to the directors of the board with a major shareholding who are not employees of the group and SEK 525,000 shall be paid to each of the Directors of the Board, who are not employees of the group. The meeting resolved that for work in the Audit Committee, remuneration of SEK 175,000 shall, in addition to the board remuneration, be paid to the Chairman and SEK 75,000 to each of the members in the Committee, who are not employees of the group. The meeting resolved that for work in the Remuneration Committee, remuneration of SEK 25,000 shall, in addition to the board remuneration, be paid to each of the members in the Committee, who are not employees of the group.
Members of the Board of Directors are not entitled to any benefits when resigning as members of the Board of Directors.
